We are seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team at Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency serving seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home. About the Role
As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality, compassionate care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Meal prep and feeding assistance
- Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)
- Following personalized care plans
- Reporting any changes in condition to our team
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a candidate who is
- Florida HHA certified or CNA licensed
- CPR certified
- Current TB test
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experienced with Hoyer Lifts
- Able to pass a Level II background check
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
