Canterbury Place, now under the dynamic leadership of Oakdale Seniors Alliance, is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Nurse Aides in our PCH unit.

As a Nurse Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
• Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
• Accurately and timely documenting resident care and activities
• working every other weekend, rotating holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
