Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation | Bronson Battle Creek

At Bronson Battle Creek, our outpatient Physical Therapists enjoy the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients through a 1:1 treatment model , allowing for personalized care and improved outcomes. You'll evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injury, surgery, and musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. Through evidence-based interventions, you'll help patients restore function, improve mobility and strength, reduce pain, and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one patient care using evidence-based interventions.
• Establish functional goals, monitor progress, and modify plans of care as needed.
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation within the electronic health record.
• Supervise PTAs, support staff, students, and volunteers as assigned.
• Participate in process improvement and departmental initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• BLS certification within three months of hire.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and technology.
