Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, utilizing clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and make adjustments to care plans as needed
- Perform various clinical procedures, including administering medications, injections, and treatments
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including charts, reports, and other documents
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
