Job Summary
At Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, we are committed to Revolutionizing Care Delivery™ and providing exceptional care to our patients. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our Weekend LPN Program, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. As a valuable member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with our experienced staff to provide high-quality care and support to our patients during their stay with us.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or other licensed healthcare professionals
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and participate in patient care activities as needed
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless and effective care delivery
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and changes in healthcare regulations
