Medical Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)

“Peters Medical Research is looking for a Part-Time Medical Front Desk Associate to Join Our Team!”

Key Responsibilities

• Front Office Management: Greet and welcome visitors; maintain a tidy, professional reception area.
• Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls using a multi-line system.
• Administrative Support: Manage appointment scheduling, verify insurance/demographics, and distribute mail.
• Operations: Update calendars, prepare meeting rooms, and assist with general filing and clerical tasks.
• Monday - Thursday from 8 am - 1 pm

Qualifications

• 1+ year of medical office experience, with patient registration experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Candidate must be a self-starter and adapt to departmental changes when necessary.
• Multilingual is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer service skills are pertinent.
