Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Bayshore Nursing & Rehab in Glendale, Wisconsin. As an LPN on our per diem team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the overall success of our facility.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration
Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care conferences
Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient satisfaction and safety
