Location: Barre Gardens Nursing & Rehab – Barre, VT
Barre Gardens Nursing & Rehab is seeking a compassionate and flexible PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Barre, VT. In this as-needed role, you’ll help residents rebuild strength, restore mobility, and reclaim independence through personalized care and evidence-based therapy.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality patient care using proven therapeutic techniques
- Set and adjust short- and long-term functional goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services provided
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
What You’ll Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Vermont
- Current BLS certification
- Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
