Job Summary
As a Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assisting with mealtime and feeding residents
- Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborating with the nursing team to develop individualized care plans
