Shift: 12hrs. +Rotating Weekends. Full-Time Night.

Pay Rate: LPN $40hr. RN $45hr

Aspire Senior Living is under new management and seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Contract (LPN/RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
• Provide education and support to residents and their families on various health-related topics
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve the quality of care we provide

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state Missouri.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred, particularly in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, senior living, or geriatrics.
• New graduate LPN/RNs may be considered based on community needs and applicable requirements.
