Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist specializing in Pediatrics to join our outpatient clinic. This opportunity involves working independently with a diverse pediatric population, including patients with developmental delays, torticollis, and cerebral palsy. Physical Therapists will primarily provide evaluations and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tools such as the PDMS-2.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and care strategies.
• Document patient progress and modify treatments as necessary within the Epic charting system.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Pediatric Physical Therapy.
• Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and perform assessments without supervision.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current California Physical Therapy License required.
• BLS certification is required.
