Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

About the Position

Applied ABC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support to a student in a school-based setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide one-to-one behavioral support within the school environment
• Collect and record accurate session and behavioral data
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and clinical supervisors
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Support the student's academic, social, and behavioral goals throughout the school day

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience
• Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping children achieve meaningful progress
