What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct, one-on-one support to a student in a school-based setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
This position offers 10 hours per week , with flexibility to create a schedule that works for both you and the school. The hours must be completed during the school day and on school grounds.

About the Position
- Provide one-to-one behavioral support in a school setting
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collect and record behavioral and skill-acquisition data
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
- Participate in ongoing ABA training and development
- Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff
- Work under the supervision of a BCBA
Schedule
10 hours per week
- Flexible schedule during school hours
- Hours may be divided across multiple weekdays based on your availability
- All services must be provided on-site at the school
