Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and organized Quality Care Coordinator to help ensure our clients and families receive an outstanding care experience.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people, solving problems, and making a difference in the lives of seniors.
What You'll Do
- Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with clients, families, and caregivers.
- Ensure Quality Care: Conduct in-home assessments, reassessments, and quality assurance visits.
- Keep Clients Happy: Proactively address concerns and ensure exceptional service.
- Help Clients Thrive: Identify changing care needs and recommend additional services when appropriate.
- Support Growth: Conduct client consultations, follow up on inquiries, and help welcome new clients.
- Coordinate Care: Work closely with our operations and caregiver teams to ensure seamless service.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in home care, senior care, care coordination, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented personality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable conducting in-home visits and discussing care services.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
