About the Role
As a Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care on our weekend shifts. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient progress. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to assigned residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure patient satisfaction and safety
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuous care
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care and a passion for delivering exceptional service
