Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimization of overtime
• Manage inventory and medical supplies, ensuring timely reordering and effective utilization
• Maintain accurate records, including staff schedules, inventory levels, and patient information
• Collaborate with nursing staff to identify and resolve staffing issues
• Perform quality control checks on medical equipment and supplies
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, patients, and families

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a staffing coordinator
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
