Job Summary

Spring Creek Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team! As a PTA at our premier 179-bed nursing home in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients and residents. About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to our patients and residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting patients with physical therapy exercises and treatments to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals
  • Conducting patient assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop effective treatment plans
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
  • Participating in interprofessional education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and technologies
