About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will design and implement customized rehabilitation programs to address the unique needs of our patients. Your expertise will be focused on helping patients overcome physical or mental disabilities, improve cognitive function, and develop daily living skills. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and effective care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient-centered occupational therapy plans in accordance with individual needs and goals
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient strengths, weaknesses, and needs
• Design and implement occupational therapy interventions to promote functional independence and improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and effective care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
