Lock Haven Rehab and Nursing is an approved facility for the new federal Nurses for Nursing Homes program

Nurses who join our team may be eligible for up to $40,000 toward student loans and/or a $10,000 stipend, paid directly to you, in exchange for a 3-year commitment working 30+ hours per week here.

You may qualify if you

• Are an RN or LPN with eligible student loan debt, or graduated in the last 2 years
• Have not worked in a nursing home in the past 60 days

About the Role

As an LPN you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your duties will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Providing wound care and management
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Communicating regularly with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care
