Award-winning Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Dietitian to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a valuable member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing personalized dietary plans for our patients.

About the Role

As a Dietitian at Morristown Post Acute, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting dietary assessments and developing individualized meal plans for patients with various medical conditions
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement dietary interventions to improve patient outcomes
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting dietary plans as needed
  • Providing education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on healthy eating habits and disease management
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care and patient satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized meal plans for patients with cardiac, orthopedic, renal, and pulmonary issues
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
