Job Summary
At Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation , we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Weekend Shift to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients, fostering a warm and welcoming environment that aligns with our mission of Revolutionizing Care Delivery™ .
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
- Assist with vital sign checks, medication administration, and wound care
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, adhering to infection control guidelines
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure patient satisfaction and safety
