About the Role
As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) at Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our residents and their families. Your passion for delivering high-quality care will be evident in everything you do.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, meals, and mobility
- Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nurse manager or supervisor
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a commitment to our center's mission and values
