What You'll Do
As a CNA or HHA, you'll provide compassionate, personalized in-home care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, as appropriate to the care plan and your qualifications
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment
- Support clients' independence, dignity, and quality of life through compassionate home care
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA, HHA, or home care experience
- Valid Connecticut CNA license or qualifying HHA/CNA certificate
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
- Valid driver's license
