Position Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct resident care , monitors health and vital signs, maintains documentation, and collaborates with Unit Managers and the Director of Nursing to ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct personal care and assist residents with daily activities
• Observe, monitor, and document resident health, vitals, and changes in condition
• Collaborate with Unit Managers and Director of Nursing on care plans
• Support resident admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
• Foster a resident-centered, professional, and compassionate care environment

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
• Compassionate and dedicated to high-quality resident care
