About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist with Advocate Healthcare of East Boston, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to enhance the functional abilities and independence of our residents
- Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify rehabilitation needs and goals
- Providing hands-on therapy sessions to include areas such as cognitive, sensory, fine motor, and gross motor skills
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of treatment plans and progress
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and outcomes measurement
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts
