About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our long-term care facility. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide individualized care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Provide basic care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Participate in resident care planning and implementation
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal resident outcomes
- Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff
