Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including vital signs, toileting, bathing, and ambulation, in accordance with resident assessments and individualized care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including protecting their personal belongings and space
• Document resident care and activities accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address resident needs
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
