HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Compensation and Schedule

  • Pay Range: $85 - $105/hour
  • Full-Time: 25 hours/week or Part-Time Available
  • Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
  • Location: Geln Burnie, Maryland

HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Skills and Qualifications

  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
