Job Summary
Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Hagerstown, MD. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as an RBT
Current RBT certification
Ability to work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
