Able Minds ABA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Maryland as a BCBA, you will be instrumental in helping us deliver top-tier ABA therapy to children with autism and their families. Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy to children with autism and their families in a home-based setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with parents and other professionals
- Conduct assessments, program evaluations, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure high-quality services
- NO CASELOADS- Offering in-person supervision for clients while they have another BCBA overseeing the caseload.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- 1+ years of experience working with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ABA principles
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
