What You’ll Do as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Design and manage personalized treatment programs based on ABA principles.
- Conduct Initial assessments as needed.
- NO CASELOADS- Offering in-person supervision for clients while they have another BCBA overseeing the caseload.
- Ensure ethical standards and compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices.
What We’re Looking For in a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Experience developing and supervising ABA programming.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for helping children and families thrive.
