Job Summary
Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in York, PA. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our experienced professionals to deliver top-tier ABA therapy services with flexible scheduling and consistent support. Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement behavioral interventions for children with autism
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment
- Provide training and consultation to staff members on behavioral strategies and techniques
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of program goals and objectives
- Stay current with best practices in ABA and integrate new knowledge into practice
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligible to become certified
- 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or intellectual disabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills
