Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure optimal treatment outcomes
- Provide training and coaching to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust
- Stay current with industry best practices, research, and evidence-based methodologies
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with ABA software and electronic documentation systems
