A Place At Home is seeking experienced In-Home Caregivers to join our growing team in Yorba Linda, CA . and surrounding area. We are committed to delivering care with compassion, dignity, and respect - and we’re looking for professionals who share those values.
As a caregiver with A Place At Home , you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors, veterans and their families by helping them remain safe, healthy, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate non-medical in-home care
- Assist with ADLs/IADLs, personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers (training provided)
- Support transportation needs for appointments and errands
- Help with light housekeeping and meal prep
- Build trusting relationships with clients and families
- Follow personalized care plans and communicate updates with the care team
Qualifications
- Experience in senior care, elderly care, or veteran care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Flexible schedule and adaptability to client needs
- Must meet California Home Care Aide (HCA) requirements
- Agree to Background check
