AI training programs · Credential-matched network

RealTrainAI

RealTrainAI (Andersen Labs LLC, a Nevada company, at realtrainai.com) is a 2026 screening and matching service, not an employer: it vets applicants by credential and tries to match them to AI training, evaluation, red-teaming and annotation projects run by third parties, which set and pay the rate. Its one health area, Medical knowledge & clinical reasoning, looks for an MD, PA, NP or PharmD with clinical experience (its project areas, read 2 November 2026). Applying is free, matching is not guaranteed, and the pay ranges it shows are industry figures, not offers.

Is RealTrainAI a legitimate company to work for?

Checked Oct 2026 against

Mostly. The company behind it, Andersen Labs LLC of Nevada, is named in its terms and asks applicants for no money. It only opened in April 2026, though, so whether it actually places clinicians in paid work is not yet proven. Being placed is never promised: on its project list 14 of 18 areas still read coming soon, and the hourly figures come from press reports, not from RealTrainAI. Whoever you are matched with sets and pays your rate. It pays $70–$140/hr for its medical area (industry-reported, not its own rate) (third-party reports).

Who is behind it
RealTrainAI is a trade name of Andersen Labs LLC, registered in Nevada, whose postal address is a PMB at 7345 S Durango Dr, Las Vegas; it lists a phone line and support@realtrainai.com. Both its domain and its terms date from 28 April 2026 (terms revised 21 October 2026). By its own description it only vets applicants and introduces them to projects; it hires nobody itself, and the names of its clients, backers and staff appear nowhere.
Getting paid
Wages never come from RealTrainAI: the organization you are placed with decides your rate and pays it. Each project area shows an hourly band, the lowest $20-$35 and the highest $70-$140, labelled as industry-reported. What RealTrainAI pays you itself is a credential bonus, earned once 10 hours of matched work have been paid.
Worker sentiment
No worker-review score yet (too new); ScamAdviser rates the domain legit and Gridinsoft gives it a trust score of 61/100 (October 2026)
Who can join
Global, remote and flexible: its Terms (last updated October 21, 2026) require applicants to be 18 or older and legally allowed to work in their country of residence, and name no country restriction.
Fake RealTrainAI recruiters
Impostors posing as RealTrainAI recruiters have not been reported anywhere we looked. The genuine site is realtrainai.com and its email comes from support@realtrainai.com. Note that realtrain.ai is a different business, a real-estate coaching tool. Since RealTrainAI takes no money from applicants, anyone asking you to pay for a spot is not them.

What people praise

  • It costs nothing to apply. The refund policy notes that no payment is taken from applicants, so no refund ever comes up.
  • You can check your fit before applying: beside each pay band, a project area names who it wants, such as an MD, PA or PharmD, a PhD in biology, or an architect with five years behind them.
  • ScamAdviser scores the site as likely safe: the SSL certificate is valid and DNSFilter marks it 'safe'.

What people complain about

  • On 29 October 2026, just 4 of its 18 project areas took applications; the remaining 14 were marked coming soon.
  • Its own terms admit the hourly bands are industry figures taken from the press, not rates a client or RealTrainAI has agreed to pay.
  • Its domain is only months old (28 April 2026), and the registration record masks the owner through a privacy service.
  • Under its terms, any claim against it is settled by JAMS arbitration seated in Las Vegas, and class or collective suits are ruled out.
Who it suits

Best for: Physicians, PAs, NPs and pharmacists with clinical experience who want a free, extra way into paid medical AI review, used beside the larger, established programs. Not for: Clinicians who need income soon or want a payer with a track record: most areas are still closed, and the rate rests with an organization you have not dealt with yet.

Honest catches

  • Pay here is third-party reports, not measured live from a job feed, so treat it as a benchmark rather than a guaranteed rate.

Researched rate card, third-party reports, as of 2026-11-02

Every figure RealTrainAI shows is labelled industry-reported: its home page and project areas said on October 29, 2026 that the ranges are based on Business Insider and Yahoo Finance data on AI training pay and are not a guarantee, and its Terms (last updated October 21, 2026) say actual earnings depend on the pay rate of the third-party organization running the project. It quoted $70–$140/hr for Medical knowledge & clinical reasoning and $80–$200+/hr for the PhD, MD or JD tier. What RealTrainAI pays itself: a one-time qualification bonus after 10+ paid hours on a match (up to $700 for a PhD, MD or JD, up to $300 for specialized backgrounds) and referral bonuses of $20 to $300.

Signing up with RealTrainAI

Researched Oct 2026

A third-party project sets and pays your rate if RealTrainAI matches you to one, which it does not guarantee; getting there means signing up free on its site (Google, or a sign-in link emailed to you), filling out six application sections that end with a resume, your credentials and a 50-word answer on why AI training appeals to you, and doing the short skills check most applicants are offered.

Eligibility

  • Its Terms ask that you are 18 or older, allowed to work legally where you live, and able to sign binding agreements. No country is excluded by name.
  • A single account for each person. Google sign-in and email sign-in under one address open the same profile, and setting up extras for yourself breaks the rules.
  • Whatever qualification your chosen area demands. Clinicians apply to Medical knowledge & clinical reasoning, open to an MD, PA, NP, or PharmD with clinical experience. Elsewhere it wants graduate degrees in the life sciences (master's or PhD in biology, biochemistry, or life sciences), senior engineers or architects with 5+ years, or software engineers with 3+ years in 2+ languages; generalists can apply too.

The sign-up steps

  1. 1

    Open an account

From the Apply page, pick Google or your email address. With email, RealTrainAI sends you a link that signs you in, so there is no password to set.

  2. 2

    Complete the six-part application

Expect six sections. Personal info covers contact details, your LinkedIn URL and location; then come Skills and Experience; Resume takes one file below 8 MB (PDF, DOC, DOCX or TXT); Credentials records degree, field, institution, certifications and languages. The sixth, Why RealTrainAI?, asks for 50 words or more on why AI training projects appeal to you and what you would contribute, along with your weekly hours and earliest start date. Nothing is lost if you stop midway: it saves as you type.

  3. 3

Choose where you want to work

Every area of work it recruits for sits on its Project areas page with its required credential. On 30 October 2026 the page held 18 areas and only 4 were marked Screening now, clinical reasoning and medical knowledge among them (with biology and life sciences, software architecture review, and AI coding and SWE review); all the others were marked Coming Soon. Selecting an area tells RealTrainAI you are interested and is no promise of work.

  4. 4

Do the skills check if invited

Expect an invitation: most applicants get a quick test built around their own background, and their score stays attached to their profile.

  5. 5

Wait while your profile is considered

After review, RealTrainAI may approve and verify your profile, keep it under further review, ask you for more information, reject it, or put you forward for a third-party opportunity. The dashboard tells you which. A match is never promised.

  6. 6

Sign the project's agreement if you are matched

You are only engaged once the company signs off and you put your name to its own, separate contract. That organization decides the project terms, the pay rate and the working conditions, and it is the one that pays you. RealTrainAI does not sign that contract.

  7. 7

Collect a bonus once 10 hours are paid

When the organization you were matched to confirms 10 or more paid hours, RealTrainAI may add a single qualification bonus scaled to your background: up to $20 for generalists, up to $100 for STEM bachelor's, up to $300 for specialized backgrounds, and up to $700 for a PhD, MD or JD. The 'up to' figures are ceilings, not promises.

A quick test built around what you have done

RealTrainAI sends most applicants a quick test fitted to their experience, and the score is stored with the profile. Whether you are then put forward to a third-party project is its call. Its format, length and passing score are not published.

How to prepare

  • Complete every section with your actual resume and credentials, since each project area states the credential it wants (for clinicians, an MD, PA, NP or PharmD with clinical experience).
  • Target one of the areas currently screening; those marked Coming Soon accept nobody yet.
  • Write the 50-word answer in your own words, about what your clinical or professional experience would add to AI training work.

Why people get rejected

  • No matching qualification for the area you picked.
  • Nothing open in your field: on 30 October 2026, 14 of its 18 areas read Coming Soon.
  • Giving false or misleading details, or opening a second account: both are banned by the Terms and can end your account without notice.
How long it takes
There is no published review time. Its site ties the wait before you earn to what projects are open and what you bring, and your dashboard is where progress shows up. It does not guarantee a match.
When you get paid
RealTrainAI is not your payer. Your rate is fixed and paid by whichever outside organization you are placed with, and you settle any pay disagreement with it directly. The $15 to $200+ hourly ranges RealTrainAI displays draw on industry data (it cites Business Insider, Yahoo Finance and others), so no client or RealTrainAI has committed to them. The one sum RealTrainAI pays you itself is a qualification bonus, once, after 10 or more paid hours on a match: up to $20, $100, $300 or $700 depending on credential. It costs nothing to apply.

Tips to get accepted

  • Pick one login method and keep it: the Google button and an emailed link both open the account tied to that address, and a duplicate account is not permitted.
  • Look at the Project areas page before expecting a match: most areas still read Coming Soon, and only the ones marked Screening now are taking people.
  • Ask the matched organization to confirm your hourly rate before you sign: it is the one setting and paying it, and RealTrainAI's numbers are only industry-reported.
  • Anyone charging you to apply is not RealTrainAI, which says applicants never pay it anything.
  • Email support@realtrainai.com to change your profile, ask for it to be deleted or close your account.

What isn't public

  • It does not name the organizations it matches people with, and gives no figure for how many applicants get matched.
  • The skills check's format, length and passing score are not published, and neither is how long a review takes.
  • The matched organization decides how and when it pays (method, schedule, currency) and none of that is published; RealTrainAI also does not say how its own bonuses are paid.
  • Launched in April 2026, it has no independent write-ups yet from anyone it placed, as far as we could find.

Could RealTrainAI be a scam?

No. RealTrainAI is a real company.

Does RealTrainAI really pay health professionals?

Yes. New and thin: a 2026 platform run by Andersen Labs LLC (Nevada) that works as a credential-vetting front end, not a large established crowd. ScamAdviser rates the domain legit with few risk signals (read October 29, 2026), but there is little independent worker feedback yet, so pay and match rates are unproven. Payouts: Paid by the third-party organization you are matched to, not by RealTrainAI, which says it is not a party to that contract; no payment method or schedule is stated. RealTrainAI pays only its own qualification and referral bonuses, after 10+ paid hours on a match, and charges applicants nothing.

What does RealTrainAI pay per hour?

$70–$140/hr for its medical area (industry-reported, not its own rate). What RealTrainAI pays itself: a one-time qualification bonus after 10+ paid hours on a match (up to $700 for a PhD, MD or JD, up to $300 for specialized backgrounds) and referral bonuses of $20 to $300.

Is RealTrainAI worth your time next to a job in care?

RealTrainAI pays $70–$140/hr for its medical area (industry-reported, not its own rate) (third-party reports). It is remote contract work on AI beside a clinical job, not patient care, with no guaranteed hours. Worker sentiment: No worker-review score yet (too new); ScamAdviser rates the domain legit and Gridinsoft gives it a trust score of 61/100 (October 2026).

How and when does RealTrainAI pay you?

Paid by the third-party organization you are matched to, not by RealTrainAI, which says it is not a party to that contract; no payment method or schedule is stated. RealTrainAI pays only its own qualification and referral bonuses, after 10+ paid hours on a match, and charges applicants nothing.

Is RealTrainAI patient care?

No. RealTrainAI is remote contract work on AI, not patient care: you use your professional knowledge to review and improve what AI models say. Never share identifiable patient information in the work.

Which steps lead into RealTrainAI?

Sign up on its site with Google or an emailed link, fill out the six sections (personal info, skills, experience, a resume, credentials, and 50 words on why AI training appeals to you), and take the brief skills check when invited.

Does RealTrainAI have work for doctors, PAs, NPs or pharmacists?

It lists a Medical knowledge & clinical reasoning area for an MD, PA, NP, or PharmD with clinical experience, and that area was screening on 30 October 2026. A match there still depends on a third-party project being available.

Does RealTrainAI charge applicants?

No. Its Terms state that it is free to apply and that RealTrainAI collects nothing from the people who do.

Who pays me if I get work through RealTrainAI?

Your pay comes from the outside organization you are placed with, at a rate it decides. From RealTrainAI itself you can get only one thing: a single qualification bonus once 10+ hours of matched work have been paid.

Can I count on RealTrainAI finding me a project?

No. Its site makes no promise: whether you are placed depends on open projects, your experience and your qualifications.
