AI training programs · Expert AI-trainer contracts
Anyone AI
Anyone AI, Inc., a Delaware company venture-backed since 2022, began by training Latin American developers in AI and now also runs Anyone AI Labs, which recruits experts to build training and evaluation data for AI labs. Its board is mostly STEM, software and finance work; on 2 November 2026 its one health role was a Healthcare & Medical Expert contract for physicians, radiologists, clinical researchers, epidemiologists and healthcare informatics specialists, who write and validate realistic healthcare tasks that test AI agents: fully remote from Latin America and Europe, 20 hours a week for two months with a possible extension, at $30 to $60 an hour. It publishes no payout method or schedule for this work.

Is Anyone AI a legitimate company to work for?
Checked Nov 2026 against 17 sourcesMostly. Anyone AI, Inc. exists, is registered in Delaware and has had venture backing since 2022, and its board prices every expert role by the hour. Still unpublished: how it pays, and nearly any outside account of its trainer work. If you plan to fit this around shifts, know that pay mechanics are unwritten: no contractor terms, payout method or schedule are public, and software roles price a whole project. Its lone AI Trainer review on Glassdoor gives 1 star. It pays $30–$60/hr (healthcare & medical expert) (employer-stated).

What people praise
- Rates are out in the open: on 1 Nov 2026 the board priced every one of its 213 expert roles by the hour, from $7 at the bottom to $150 at the top, so nobody applies blind on pay.
- Software posts leave the calendar to you: consultants pick their own hours, work with their own tools and are free to serve other clients at the same time.
- Students of its AI course give it 4.6/5 (43 reviews on Trustpilot); one June 2026 review says the company helped land a better-paid job at a top global firm.
What people complain about
- On Glassdoor, a 1-star post from June 2026 (visible to us only in search snippets) says onboarding lacked structure and that assigned tasks came without any stated pay.
- Nothing written covers how experts are paid: its posts and its Labs page give no contractor agreement, no payout channel and no pay dates.
- On software roles the posted $45 to $80 an hour is a guess at how long a project will take, by the posts' own wording, and the actual pay is per project.
- What Trustpilot holds is course feedback. One 2-star post from September 2025, describing November 2024, alleges the company goes after course dropouts legally once they have signed.
Best for: Health and science graduates living in a Latin American or European country its posts name, ready for 10 to 40 hours a week on a two-month project; most STEM roles also want a master's or PhD and strong Python. Not for: Clinicians based in the US or Canada (on 29 Oct 2026 only 8 accounting and chemistry roles named either), people who want pay terms in writing before starting, and anyone hoping for steady long-term hours.
Honest catches
- Pay here is employer-stated, not measured live from a job feed, so treat it as a benchmark rather than a guaranteed rate.

Signing up with Anyone AI
Researched Nov 2026Paid work starts only once Anyone AI takes you onto a project; to get there you open the posting meant for your country of residence at jobs.anyoneai.com, complete the single-page form behind its Application tab (resume, LinkedIn, field of expertise and, for most roles, phone, location, an optional GitHub link, a language for the interview and the hourly rate you want), and then wait, because the company replies only when it sees a fit and usually follows with an interview.
Eligibility
- Advanced study in your field, for the bulk of STEM roles: they look for a master's or PhD plus research or industry experience, and 86 of 104 also want strong Python. A bachelor's degree suffices on twelve: the healthcare expert roles, the engineering and accounting expert roles, and a few chemistry and physics posts.
- Residence in a country the posting covers. On 29 October 2026 the board reached 36 countries in all: nine Latin American, sixteen European, and Egypt, India, Indonesia, Japan, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam. The US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand showed up only on eight accounting and chemistry roles added between 27 and 29 October. Usually one country is named per post; 21 recent roles marked 'Fully Remote' carry several in the data behind the board.
- Time each week. STEM projects last 2 months, with potential extension, and ask for anywhere from 10 to 40 hours weekly depending on the post (bands of 10 to 20 hours, exactly 20, or 20 to 40); 38 want someone who can begin at once. Evaluation projects can last as long as 3 months.
- Your resume as a PDF, DOC or DOCX file of 10 MB or less, and a LinkedIn profile: both are compulsory everywhere. 203 of the 213 expert forms include a GitHub field, yet as of 29 October 2026 it could be left blank on every one.
- For a handful of roles, another language. Evaluator posts each state theirs; the Multilingual Audio Evaluator, for example, needs spoken Welsh, Dutch, Greek, Italian, French, German or Portuguese at C1 or C2 level.
The sign-up steps
- 1
Open the post for where you live
Of the 226 roles on jobs.anyoneai.com on 29 October 2026, the 13 grouped as 'Anyone AI Internal Team' are the company's own staff openings, not expert work. Expert roles are usually duplicated country by country, so apply through the copy listing your country of residence; one marked 'Fully Remote' stands for several countries at once.
- 2
Read what the post promises
Open a role and you see where it is, what kind of contract it is, which department posted it and what it pays per hour. STEM ones go further, stating weekly hours and that projects last 2 months with room to extend. For software work the money is per project, and the hourly number shown is a guess at the time the job will take ('an estimate based on anticipated completion time').
- 3
Complete the application form
You apply without making an account, from the Application tab. Whatever the role, you give your name, email, resume, LinkedIn profile and field of expertise, choosing the field from 33 options (18 on some roles). On most roles there are further questions: phone, location, GitHub (optional), the programming language you would interview in, and the hourly pay you hope for, in dollars.
- 4
Hear back only if there is a match
After you hit submit, a thank-you note appears saying the company will contact you if there's a fit. It sets no deadline for its review, and none of its roles closes on a set date.
- 5
Get ready for an interview
A question on 205 of the 213 expert forms, including STEM and finance ones, is which programming language (or library) you want for your interview, and 'No Programming Language' is usually an option. The company itself says nothing about the interview. Search results surface one Glassdoor account from July 2026: an interview conducted by an AI, around 20 minutes, about prompt writing for training a model.
- 6
Move onto a project
Its referral terms (28 October 2026) name the stages an applicant moves through, among them Application Completed, Accepted (approved for a project) and Earning (began paid work). Those terms exclude trial tasks, onboarding activities and evaluation or assessment work from paid production work, which suggests you will do some of each before real project work begins.
- 7
What the work looks like
On STEM projects you author tough questions in your discipline, each with exactly one verifiable correct answer, then submit a fully checked solution, bringing in Python where it is useful. Per the posts, leading AI labs use this material to train their models and test them.
- 8
Ask about pay first
Expert work has no published currency, payout channel, pay dates or payment threshold. A posting for its own engineering staff mentions a Human Data platform that approves or rejects tasks and runs the payouts, so get the payment arrangements confirmed before you commit time.
An interview of unknown format, then onboarding onto a project
The company keeps its screening to itself, so the evidence is circumstantial. The form asks what language you want for your interview; the referral terms speak of trial tasks, onboarding activities and evaluation or assessment work before paid production; and on Glassdoor, candidates describe being interviewed by an AI. Separately, one evaluator post tests your speaking and listening and another checks which digital services you use.
Format
Unpublished. Most forms ask which programming language you want for the interview, and offer No Programming Language as one of the choices. One Glassdoor AI Trainer candidate from July 2026, read in search results, recalls roughly 20 minutes with an AI interviewer: a self-introduction, how you would write prompts to train an AI model, and time for questions about the company.
How to prepare
- Choose the interview language you are surest in, or No Programming Language when the menu has it; the form leaves the choice to you.
- For a STEM role, try the task itself beforehand: write one hard problem from your specialty that has exactly one verifiable answer, and check a full worked solution with Python.
- Make sure your resume, LinkedIn and any GitHub page agree with each other, since the form has you confirm your LinkedIn profile.
- The expected-rate question gives 8 bands, the lowest '$7-$14' and the top '$150+': check the rate on the post before you choose one.
Why people get rejected
- No pass rate or rejection reasons are published at all.
- Missing something the post requires, for example the master's or PhD most STEM roles name.
- Applying for a role tied to a language you lack; the Multilingual Audio Evaluator, for one, tests both speaking and listening.
- Silence rather than a no: the confirmation promises contact only when there is a fit.
Tips to get accepted
- Look for your own country's copy of a role: on 29 October 2026, Biology Expert existed as 22 country postings and Physics as 21.
- Read the STEM pay line literally: it says 'Compensation: Up to 40 USD / hr', so $40 is the top of the range, not the norm.
- From the US or Canada, little is open: on 29 October 2026 just 8 accounting and chemistry roles, paying $80 to $150 hourly, listed those countries (alongside the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand) in their data, though their pages read only 'Fully Remote'.
- The AI Fellowship ($299 or $349 a month) is a paid developer course and is not a route to expert work: no expert role requires it, and the expert application costs nothing.
What isn't public
- The company publishes nothing on what follows the form (contract, NDA, trial task, the interview's format, screening, onboarding, start date); the interview and trial stages described here are deduced from the form and the referral terms.
- We found no contractor agreement and no published payout method, currency, schedule, minimum or invoicing rule for expert work. Its /terms page returns a 404 error, and the Terms and Conditions its privacy policy mentions could not be found.
- Posts generally carry a country, but none states plainly that applicants must live in it. Seven show one country in the title and a different one as the location, and 'Fully Remote' roles list their countries only in the data behind the board.
- Projects and clients stay anonymous. Posts mention just 'a leading AI lab', and the Labs page displays other human data platforms' logos as 'Trusted by leading human data platforms' with no project tied to them.
- The form's expected-rate question and the rate printed on the post are never reconciled.
- Outside views of the expert work are thin. Trustpilot's 4.6/5 rests on 43 reviews of the course, not of expert projects. Glassdoor refused our reader, so its June 2026 one-star review and its interview accounts are known only from search results, which conflict with each other (one regional page shows 4.2/5 from 7 reviews, another counts 19 reviews).
- May and June 2026 account for 94 of the 213 expert roles. All of them remained up on 29 October 2026, and the company does not flag which still hire.
- A few posts quote two rates (read 29 October 2026): Legal Expert's text gives $30 to $60 an hour against $40 to $120 on the board, and Corporate Accountant's text $30 to $80 against $80 to $150.

Frequently asked questions
Is Anyone AI legitimate?
Mostly.
Could Anyone AI be a scam?
No. Anyone AI is a real company. We have seen no case of someone posing as an Anyone AI recruiter. Its own addresses are anyoneai.com and jobs.anyoneai.com (the full list of open roles), mirrored on Ashby at jobs.ashbyhq.com/anyone-ai, and its published email addresses all end @anyoneai.com. Applying costs nothing, so a request for money is a red flag.
Does Anyone AI really pay health professionals?
Yes. A real Delaware company, venture-backed since 2022 (a pre-seed led by Global Founders Capital) and best known for a paid AI course for Latin American developers; its human data arm posts a rate on every expert role. Independent feedback on the expert work is almost absent: its Trustpilot reviews are about the course. Payouts: Not published: its expert postings state no payout method, currency, schedule or minimum (read November 1, 2026), so confirm how and when you will be paid before you start. How expert work is paid (method, currency, dates, minimum) is not published. Posts quote dollar rates, most STEM roles going to $40 an hour at most, while software work is paid by the project and its hourly figures are estimates based on anticipated completion time. The one payout it describes is its referral bonus: $100, sent within 30 days of qualifying, by PayPal or Wise on its refer page, or by the referral platform's payment method (such as Stripe or Wise) under its terms.
What does Anyone AI pay per hour?
$30–$60/hr (healthcare & medical expert). As stated on Anyone AI's Healthcare & Medical Expert posting (posted October 12, 2026, read November 2, 2026): 'US$30–60/hour', a part-time contract of 20 hours a week, a two-month project with possible extension, immediate start. Across its board most expert roles state $40 to $80 an hour (read November 1, 2026).
Is Anyone AI worth your time next to a job in care?
Anyone AI pays $30–$60/hr (healthcare & medical expert) (employer-stated). It is remote contract work on AI beside a clinical job, not patient care, with no guaranteed hours. Worker sentiment: Trustpilot (AI course) 4.6/5 (43 reviews).
How and when does Anyone AI pay you?
Not published: its expert postings state no payout method, currency, schedule or minimum (read November 1, 2026), so confirm how and when you will be paid before you start.
Is Anyone AI patient care?
No. Anyone AI is remote contract work on AI, not patient care: you use your professional knowledge to review and improve what AI models say. Never share identifiable patient information in the work.
What are Anyone AI's rates?
On 29 October 2026, the 213 expert roles paid between $7 and $150 an hour. By group: 92 of 104 STEM roles up to $40; 50 of 78 software roles $45 to $80; 7 accounting roles and one chemistry role $80 to $150; $150 on 21 roles for quant finance experts and computer science PhDs; 11 evaluator roles $7 to $12.
What does applying involve?
No account, just a form: find your country's post on jobs.anyoneai.com, open Application, and give your name, email, resume, LinkedIn and field. Most roles also take your phone, location, interview language and the rate you expect, with GitHub optional.
Will there be an interview?
Expect one: the form has you choose a programming language for your interview, although the company does not describe it. In July 2026 a Glassdoor AI Trainer candidate reported about 20 minutes with an AI interviewer, focused on writing prompts.
How are experts paid?
Nobody outside knows: the company has published neither a payout channel nor pay dates for its experts. Because software projects pay a lump sum, the hourly numbers on those posts are only estimates.
Can I apply from the United States?
For very few roles. The 36 countries named on 29 October 2026 were mostly in Latin America and Europe; the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand were limited to 8 accounting and chemistry roles.
What weekly commitment do projects need?
STEM projects run 2 months, possibly longer, at 10 to 40 hours a week depending on the post.
Is the AI Fellowship required?
No. The Fellowship is a developer course costing $299 or $349 a month for 12 months, unrelated to expert work, and the expert application is free.
