Job Title: ABA Therapist (Monday-Friday between 3:00pm-7:00pm)
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, empower children with ASD and their families to achieve milestones. Work directly with children, implementing behavior reduction protocols and teaching vital skills. This part-time role allows you to make a real difference while being part of our collaborative team. We offer room for professional growth and advancement.
Responsibilities
- Empower children and families to maximize growth.
- Monitor progress and provide ABA services.
- Collaborate with BCBA's/LBA's and peers.
- Implement programs with compassion and quality.
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about helping children with ASD.
- Skilled at building rapport with individuals on the spectrum.
- Committed to flexible part-time schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
