Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: YORK, SC 29745 In-home

Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time after school hours

What you will do

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Build rapport with clients and use evidence-based strategies to promote engagement and skill acquisition.
• Collect accurate clinical data and complete session documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate changes in behavior, barriers to progress, and relevant clinical observations to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain consistency and continuity of care.
• Follow treatment protocols, ethical standards, and client safety procedures, seeking clinical guidance when needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries and positive working relationships with clients and their families.
• Participate in required supervision, training, and ongoing clinical discussions.

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT credential (or willingness to complete our paid 40-hour RBT training)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience in ABA, and heart and reliability matter most
