Certified Nurse Aide CNA Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nurse and other healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
