Licensed Clinical Social Worker Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group support to residents and their families.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic records.
- Advocate for residents’ rights and access to community resources.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Qualifications
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) New Jersey.
- Compassion and a genuine interest in working with the senior population.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Medicare/Medicaid credentialing is a plus or willingness to obtain credentials.
