Varco Home Health & Hospice is looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Irving!

We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, learning new things, working with people, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a great opportunity for someone who is adaptable, comfortable with technology, and ready to take on a variety of responsibilities in a growing healthcare office.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the team.
• Help coordinate tasks, information, and daily office activities.
• Assist with communication, organization, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Learn internal systems and processes to help keep everything running efficiently.
• Take on new projects and responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Who We're Looking For

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• A strong communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Able to multitask, stay on top of priorities, and adapt to change.
• A self-starter who takes initiative and isn't afraid to ask questions.
• Previous administrative or office experience is a plus, but we're open to the right person!
