Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse Overnight Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's overnight shifts. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants during overnight shifts
- Ensure seamless coverage and coordination of patient care, medication administration, and Medical Records maintenance
- Oversee and correct any variances in patient care, reporting any concerns to the Director of Nursing
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing any training or development needs
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics, as required by regulatory agencies and company policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for growth and implementing improvements

Requirements
- Current New York State Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and JCAHO standards
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
