As a Per Diem RN Weekend Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients while working hand-in-hand with our experienced team of nurses, therapists, and support staff.

About the Role

As a Per Diem RN Weekend Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from short-term rehabilitation to long-term care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising Per Diem nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Coordinating patient care with therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Supporting identify-specific services and providing exceptional care to our patients
• Participating in patient education and counseling, as needed
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements

• Current RN license and pending certifications, as required
• 2 years of experience as an RN Supervisor in a Skilled nursing Facility, with a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices
