Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by our Medical Director
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our therapy team and Medical Director
• Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
