About the job

Remote Telehealth BCBA Serving New York and Growing Nationwide

New York just cut Medicaid ABA rates. Again.

First they cut BCBA rates. Now they've cut the BT rate. New codes, new rules, and fewer providers left standing.

We have to ask: what's the intention here? Because it sure doesn't look like serving children.

Companies are walking away. Kids are being left behind.

We're staying.

At United Care ABA, we're accepting every child and family being told, "We can't serve you anymore." And now we're looking for BCBAs who believe care should never be optional.

Work 100% telehealth from anywhere in the U.S. and help us serve New York's most vulnerable families. And we're not stopping there. We're expanding into other states, which means more telehealth opportunities with us as we grow.

We're not looking for employees. We're looking for partners.

We want BCBAs who truly appreciate clinical work. People who care about doing it right, not just clocking hours.

Wherever you are in your career, we're the company for you:

  • Want to keep learning? You'll work alongside senior leaders with 25+ years in the field.
  • Planning to open your own practice someday? Learn how it's done from the inside, with mentors who've built it.
  • Want to grow with a company? Grow into leadership roles as we expand into new states.

What You Get

  • 100% Telehealth Caseloads: Serve families from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Flexible Schedules: Build a part-time caseload that fits your life
  • Mission-Driven Work: Provide care where others are pulling out
  • Free CEUs Twice a Month: Ethics, supervision, and clinical topics

Real Clinical Support, Not Just a Login

Mentorship and Clinical Guidance

  • Ongoing mentorship from senior leaders with 25+ years of field experience
  • Expert consultation for complex cases, ethics, and program decisions
  • Peer collaboration with seasoned BCBAs across regions

Resources for High-Quality Programming

  • Robust goal banks and treatment plan frameworks, including Errorless Learning templates
  • Our proprietary Learning Tree System, with Early Session Success Guides, session-flow templates, "All About Me" client insights, and embedded pairing goals with real-time data tools
  • A digital library of assessments, program materials, and training content

Continuing Education and Professional Growth

  • Bi-monthly "Hot Topics in ABA" discussion groups
  • Monthly interdisciplinary forums to broaden your skills and network

A Team That Shows Up

  • RBTs are trained and field-ready before assignment
  • Active BCBA team chat for real-time troubleshooting and celebrating wins
  • Clinician-to-clinician support across time zones and caseload types
  • A culture grounded in respect, openness, collaboration, and evidence-based practice

Your Role

  • Conduct assessments and write treatment plans
  • Provide direct telehealth-based ABA services
  • Train caregivers and collaborate with clinical support
  • Ensure documentation and compliance standards are met
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and mentorship

What We're Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Comfortable delivering ABA through telehealth
  • Willing to work at reduced rates to preserve access to care
  • Strong ethics and professional responsibility
  • A heart for serving the underserved

Why Now? Why You?

Because thousands of children are about to lose care, and we believe they still deserve it. We're building a model that survives rate cuts by focusing on people, not profits.

We're not looking for BCBAs chasing the highest offer. We're looking for BCBAs who want to make the highest impact.

Ready to Make a Difference?

Apply today and join a community of BCBAs committed to ensuring that ABA doesn’t disappear where it’s needed most.
