About the job
Looking for steady, meaningful hours close to home? Top Penguin ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician in Haledon / Woodland Park for weekday sessions, Monday to Friday 4-6pm (10 hours a week). You'll work one-on-one with a child in their home, with hands-on support from our BCBA, Erin. We're a small NJ practice, so you get real guidance, a consistent schedule, and a team that answers your texts.

About the Position
As an RBT you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes and communities implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
You'll help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and behavioral skills while receiving ongoing supervision and support from our clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect session data accurately
- Communicate with supervising BCBAs
- Complete session documentation
- Maintain professional relationships with families
- Participate in supervision and team meetings
Qualifications
Required
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Passion for working with children
- Comfortable working in a home with a dog.
Preferred
- Experience working with children with autism
- ABA experience
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, special education, or related field
Available Schedule
Monday to Friday, 4-6pm (10 hours a week).
