Thrive Rehabilitation of Pearland is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Pearland, Texas. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and adaptive equipment training
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting care plans as necessary
• Collaborate with rehabilitation professionals to promote patient independence and achieve treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment, and progress

Requirements

• Current LVN licensure in the State of Texas
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in nursing or related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients, as well as stand and walk for extended periods
