About the job
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team and support residents in improving mobility, strength, and overall independence under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Currently hiring for Per diem.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under PT supervision in accordance with state guidelines
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Monitor and accurately document patient progress
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree) recognized by APTA
- Active state PTA license/registration as required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented and patient-focused approach
- Ability to lift, transfer, and safely assist patients
- Perform therapeutic exercises and mat treatments
- Transport patients as needed
