About the Role
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Assist with feeding and hydration, as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including restocking supplies and keeping the facility tidy
- Assist with transfers and ambulation, as needed
- Report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and transfer residents, as needed
