About the Role
As an LNA Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, in accordance with established care plans
- Providing vital sign monitoring, reporting, and updating of medical records
- Assisting with range of motion exercises, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
